The Math Forum of Swarthmore college is one of the most useful sites on the net. Dr Maths has a vast archive of questions. The faq section is very useful; so is library.
Mathnerds has very good archives, question answering service and links.
Dave's Tables has lots of formulae (arranged topic wise) and is now expanded to include a message board.
Eric Weisstein's World of Mathematics (formerly, Eric's treasure troves) has a very comprehensive collection of mathematical information. Do see the section on illusions.
Mathsyear 2000 has good collection of games, a magazine for kids -magnet, numberland and other miscellaneous items.
